Children Photography
The idea came after an Oglethorpe University Assignment with the purpose for us to define Home. This project made me discover my definition of home. That is the protection and safety that I had better experienced as a child.
Some people I interviewed also said their children were their home because they transmit that feeling to them when they get to their house.
Besides this project having a psychological and artistic origin, with photography, I try to be a scientist and record what is attracted to the eye and wonder why.
Jerry from Cascade Strategies says "Most people know great design when they see it, but they have a difficult time defining exactly what it is. People have a strong desire for great design and science is now beginning to discover this as well."
As Jerry observes, this is also my favorite part of being a graphic designer. I try to catch (even if I don't entirely understand) what is beautiful to eyes, in an analytical way. As when the early school of arts would study light and human proportions. I capture the intriguing things in nature that I think are beautiful.
